The restaurant is named after the Korean word ‘Hansang’, meaning a table filled with a variety of dishes prepared as a full meal. In traditional Korean culture, the term does not only mean a well-prepared meal, but also implies the attitude to treat guests wholeheartedly as we do to our families. True to our name, we prepare each and every dish with the freshest seasonal ingredients using less additives, similar to home-made meals in an ordinary Korean home.
